YASSI PRESSMAN, IBINAHAGI KUNG PAANO NAKATULONG SA KANYA ANG BOXING

Ibinahagi ng aktres at TV host na si Yassi Pressman sa kanyang Instagram kung paano nakatulong ang boxing upang malagpasan niya ang “darkest time” sa kanyang buhay.

Hindi man naging partikular sa pagsubok na pinagdaanan, sinabi ni Yassi na muntik na siyang sumuko sa buhay.

Pagbabahagi niya, “By finding this new hobby of mine, got my days exciting again, it made my sad mood swings go away because I had purpose again, purpose that pushed myself to be better than I was yesterday.” 

Malaki raw ang naitulong ng boxing at mixed martials arts sa paglaban niya sa kanyang anxiety kaya naman laking pasasalamat niya rito. Isa raw ito sa mga dahilan kung bakit niyang pinipiling magpatuloy sa buhay.

“Of course, more challenges throughout the years came up, but thankfully that didn’t stop me. I then found MMA, and that inspired me to get back and fight anxiety, MMA motivated me again,” ani Yassi Pressman.

Dugtong pa niya, “I’ll always be thankful for this sport. I am not pretending to be a pro, nor am I trying to be one in the future. I am just grateful for things that make me feel alive.”

Nagbahagi rin siya ng mensahe para sa mga taong kagaya niya na dumaraan sa matinding pagsubok sa kanilang buhay.

“I salute every strong person out there who is fighting a battle that no one knows about. Keep going,” anito.

Hiling raw niya ay sana kagaya niya, makahanap din ang mga ito ng bagay na makakatulong sa kanila at makaka-inspire na magpatuloy sa kabila ng mga hamon sa buhay.
